Whilst preparing your shipments, it is important to remember that there are some documentation requirements for every export that you make.
If your are a Company, then you will be required to produce a declaration of the contents of your shipment and also the value for Customs Purposes.
This Document is called a Pro-Forma Invoice and must be on your company letter head or supplier letter head.
If you are an individual , then you will also be required to prepare a Pro-Forma Invoice, detailing exactly what is inside your shipment.If you have new goods, then we will also require the supplier invoice.
This will need to be signed and must accompany your shipment along with a copy of you ID Card / Passport which will be used as part of the customs export formalities.
